REPORT ON THE WORKSHOPS CONDUCTED BY SWAMI YOGATMANANDAJI FOR THE STUDENTS OF ADITYA BIRLA PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAGDISHPUR

JAGDISHPUR,SULTANPUR DISTT,UTTAR PRADESH.
One of the hardest jobs children face today is building character without seeing any character building start at home, so that the children can see what they are to build. A strong character plays an important role in making children responsible, successful and caring.
On both the occasions the workshop started by lighting the Lamp and Vedic invocation. The Principal introduced Swamiji and the theme of the workshop. There after Swamiji was invited to speak on personality development and teach meditation to the students. After meditation practice for 20 minutes, students were divided into four groups and team building rounds were held. In all there were 6 rounds :
Swamiji is very knowledgeable and has very gentle approach towards his audience. He uses simple language and the text which he delivers is full of examples which makes people believe in him and his discourse.”

The goal of human life is to attain self realization
“The goal of human life is to attain self realization, to attain peace, to attain tranquility. Now to achieve this would you have to go to the mountain tops? , or should you have to go to forests to mediate and search for the truth? My dear young friends that which you are searching is residing in the innermost sanctorum of your own hearts. Do your duties as a service to God then you start realizing the real meaning of Yoga .What is Yoga? “Yoga karmasu kaushalam” as said in Srimad Bhagawat GITA .Why this should be the Goal of your Life because this is your Real Nature. You are satchidananda.Infinite Existence, infinite knowledge, and infinite Bliss.” Swami Yogatmananda
“You are all children of God. So arise awake, realize your true potentiality and then go on and help others to realize their true nature. Let your actions speak, upon each one of you is lying a great responsibility towards the upliftment of our Nation. Play your part as a hero, as a true child of God, which you really are and of this I have no doubt at all. This is the true practice of religion other things are mere secondary details, this is my message to you and to the world.” Swami Yogatmananda
